I am very excited. Of course, I'm excited about my play, which I LOVE! But with the exception of Cyrano (which I've directed) all of these plays are on my list of plays "to get to know." I wanted to see or read all of them, and now I'll get the chance to become intimately acqainted with them. Mee and Ruhl were the two playwrights that Tina Howe mentioned earlier this year as the young playwrights she was most excited about.

"Bodas de Sangre" Are we going to do an original language evening? All I ask is for real knives in the fight scene. Real blood really juices things up. Viva GarcĂa Lorca! Viva!
